Villa ÕU was built by a captain around 120 years ago. This estonian styled villa with its colours, beauty, boat and flowers give a lifetime experience. 

ÕU is renovated using sustainable and ecological materials which makes the house a very healthy place to live and stay.

Villa ÕU has 2 apartments that are located on the second floor of the villa. The rustic style and nature friendly apartments are created for vacations, romance, for families -  for every person that wants to sleep well and to enjoy the beauty of life. 

The Captain apartment

The Captain apartment fits 4 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a comfy living room/ dining room where you can walk straight to a huge balcony overseeing the garden and Pärnu river, a kitchen and a sweet toilet with a shower.

The Rose apartment

The Rose apartment fits 6 people. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds and one with a double bed), a spacious and light living room/ dining room, a kitchen and a toilet with a shower. 

Both apartments have WIFI and TV. Crib and parking spot for free.

Villa ÕU is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. You can grill in the yard or visit our ÕU wine cafe where you can taste quality Spanish wines and tapas, coffee and cake. 

Pärnu beach, centrum, cosy parks and supermarkets are all just a walk away.

On the first floor of the villa live Kauni, Carlos and the kids Adele, Georg, Gustav and the cat Saskia. Kauni is a knitwear designer and Carlos is the host of ÕU wine cafe.
